Based on customer requirements, VIORAL has the expertise and equipment to perform secondary operations such as precision CNC machining, surface finish operations, painting and assemblies.

• Completely automated die casting cells (200 – 800 tons)
• Melting furnaces 1600 Kg/hour
• Horizontal machine centres with APC
• Vertical machine centeres with APC
• Surface finishing equipment (shot blasting, vibration finish, grinding, polishing e.t.c.)
